## Sulfury, Guardawn, and Dragallus *Champion of Ares* have burst onto the scene!

We've [shown off some of the powerful cards](https://www.elestrals.com/blog/blog__5d60d4e6-a1ef-45d0-8ceb-2d2fa3fd487b) that you will soon be able to experience in our upcoming expansion, <b><i>Divine Champions—Sunstrike</i></b>, but we're so fired up and excited about this new collection, we had to share more! 🔥 Let's take a closer look at some more new cards that will be coming to Elestrals TCG.

### Sulfury

Elestrals' first ever Fire / Thunder Elestral has arrived and will be appearing in <i>Divine Champions—Sunstrike</i>. [**Sulfury**](https://collect.elestrals.com/cards/cd-2436) is the final Ascension to [Noxid](https://collect.elestrals.com/cards/cd-2434) and holds a fierce effect that allows it Special Ascend itself onto the field if a Sulfury was also returned from your Underworld to your hand this turn. There a few unique ways to trigger this effect, one of which is synergizing with [**Brimscale**](https://collect.elestrals.com/cards/cd-2435).

### Guardawn *Champion of Ares*

You can't charge into battle without your shield and Ares has brought his best on the frontline! [**Guardawn *Champion of Ares***](https://collect.elestrals.com/cards/cd-1932) can be Normal Cast to the field thanks to the effects of [Armadawn *Champion of Ares*](https://collect.elestrals.com/cards/cd-1933). Together they make a powerful combo that will allow you to have Guardawn shield your incoming attacks with its effect.

### Armament of Ares *Spear of Piercing*

Ares introduces a wide range of new strategies and cards to the Elestrals Trading Card Game, one of those being his Armaments. The Armaments of Ares are special Artifacts forged for the God of War himself to support his Champions. The [**Spear of Piercing**](https://collect.elestrals.com/cards/cd-2424) provides its Empowered Elestral +2 Attack and gives it the power of Piercing (allowing it to deal Spirit damage through Defense position Elestrals). While on the field with Ares himself, the Solar Spirits Enchanting this Armament of Ares Artifact are also considered Enchanting the Elestral its Empowered to. This can allow some powerful strikes to your opponents Spirit Deck!

### Dragallus *Champion of Ares*

Things are heating up on the battlefield! [**Dragallus *Champion of Ares***](https://collect.elestrals.com/cards/cd-2548) has arrived and brings a fierce effect that can allow you to destroy up to two cards on the field if you also Disenchant that many Fire or Solar Spirits from your Stadiums or Artifact Runes! With a powerful 12 Attack stat, Dragallus has the strength to burn through almost anything in its path!

### Elemental Spirits

Every Casters' deck requires a 20-card Spirit deck to Enchant and Empower their cards. In *Divine Champions—Sunstrike*, eight stunning new Spirits arts illustrated by Pau Jiménez will be available. These depict (for the first time ever) multiple Spirits in the art, each showing unique surroundings from the world of Elestrals.
