New mighty Champions are coming to the Elestrals Trading Card Game in a big way in the upcoming expansion, <i>**Divine Champions—Sunstrike**</i>. We're excited to share an early look at this upcoming series with some of the new cards that will be available to experience.

*Divine Champions—Sunstrike* introduces two powerful Divine Runes, [**Hera**](https://collect.elestrals.com/cards/cd-1903) of the Thunder Pantheon, and [**Ares**](https://collect.elestrals.com/cards/cd-1907) of the Solar Pantheon. This expansion will feature new signature Champions for several Divines, new strategies, Stellar, and illustrations. Whether you're building your collection or preparing for events, Sunstrike delivers premium cards and high-impact gameplay.

### Duggabyss

It's Earthquake on legs! Meet **Duggabyss**, a powerful new Earth Elestral and the Ascension of [Duggy](https://collect.elestrals.com/cards/cd-2432). This behemoth Elestral can Special Ascend over your Earth Elestrals when it is sent from your deck to your Underworld. Once on the field, you can target and destroy any opposing Elestral with a magnitude strike as it burrows through the ground! This is an Elestral you don't want to cross paths with!

### Noxid

Meet **Noxid**! A new mischievous little Fire Elestral with a striking new effect and secret. Considering its powerful stats, though, there’s good reason to be cautious when going up against this Elestral. When Cast, you can discard a card in your had in order to target another Fire or Thunder card in your Underworld and return back to your hand. There's a lot of viable cards that this works well with and some can even help unleash a greater threat!

### Starbit *Champion of Aphrodite*

Floating alongside the Goddess of Love, <b>Starbit *Champion of Aphrodite*</b> is looking as adorable as ever in this incredible new card, as together they watch the night sky! This new Starbit is one of Aphrodite's beloved Champions and holds an incredible effect that provides [Starbit *Supernova*](https://collect.elestrals.com/cards/cd-1471)unmatched protentional! As long as this new Starbit and [Aphrodite](https://collect.elestrals.com/cards/cd-1854) are Enchanted, all Starbit's on your side of the field cannot be returned to the hand by opposing card effects. PLUS! Once per turn, you can Expend a Water Spirit in order to Special Cast another Starbit from your hand. (In other words, Special Cast Starbit *Supernova* and strike down your opponents!)

### Phosvocell *Ultracharged*

As this is the Thunder and Solar expansion for Elestrals TCG, it's only right we have our favorite Insectoid/Dragon Elestral return! After basking in the sunlight, storing its warmth and transforming it into pure electricity, Phosvocell is now Ultracharged and stronger than ever before! Not only does it have better stats, but a powerful effect too. Whenever Phosvocell is destroyed you can target cards on the field up to the number Solar Spirits that were Enchanting it and then destroy them all. While on the field and Enchanted with two or more Solar Spirits, Phosvocell cannot be returned to the hand and it's attacks cannot be Negated. They don't call it "Ultracharged" for nothing!

### Lumaveil

Sunstrike will feature a number of new cards and Elestrals that were inspired by members of the Elestrals Community. One of these were created by DistantCoder (of the [Elestronauts](https://x.com/Elestronauts)). Working alongside our development team, DistantCoder helped bring to life Lumaveil! A Lunar and Solar Elestral with a one-of-a-kind effect that could tremendous power in a Clash. When a player plays a card that shares the same name as a card in either players' Underworld, you can Expend a Solar Spirit to Negate their effect on chain. (This card plays very similarly to the Counter Rune, [Chains of Prometheus](https://collect.elestrals.com/cards/cd-1123), where you're able to Negate opponents Counter Rune effects.) But if that effect alone wasn't enough, Lumaveil has the ability to return a Lunar Spirit from your Underworld back to your Spirit Deck if you Expend one or more Solar Spirits to activate an effect. If not carefully managed, Lumaveil could become very wicked and cause chaos for your opponents!
