Hello, Casters!

As we approach the end of an incredible competitive year with the 2026 Elestrals World Championships, our team have been conducting a comprehensive audit of the Elestrals TCG Tournament Circuit to ensure the integrity of our World Championship rankings. Every point earned on the journey to Worlds must be consistent worldwide, and this audit ensures that players competing on the world stage have earned their seats under the same competitive standard.

During this process, we identified a technical configuration error affecting a small number of events that occurred earlier this year. This error caused certain events to award players higher Qualifier Point values than intended. To ensure fairness for all players who have been grinding throughout the season, we have corrected these totals to reflect the proper point structures.

Since this adjustment is coming after the event has been announced, we are also making a global adjustment to the Qualifier Points threshold required to qualify. **Players will now qualify for the 2026 World Championship with 225 points, instead of 250.** This global change will mitigate the impact of the adjusted Qualifier Points.

What this means for you:

* **Rankings Update:** The [Global Leaderboard](https://play.elestrals.com/rankings) has been updated to reflect accurate point totals for all players.
* **Threshold Change:** Player qualifications for the 2026 World Championships will be calculated with 225 points instead of 250.

A small number of players have been affected more significantly than most; each has received a separate communication confirming their qualification for the 2026 Elestrals World Championships.
